These Terms & Conditions govern your use of deltazi.com and the DeltaZi platform operated by Deltazi Digital Marketing. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Deltazi provides digital marketing services and a SaaS platform for healthcare and professional businesses, including website building, content management, analytics, and related tools.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content

4. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, templates, and documentation remain the property of Deltazi. Client content uploaded to the platform remains yours, subject to the licence needed to operate the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deltazi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable EU and national law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
