2. Your Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data when:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
  • You withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies
  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
  • The data was processed unlawfully

3. How to Submit a Request

Send an email to info@deltazi.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • A description of the data you want deleted
  • Proof of identity if required for security

4. Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, unless an extension is required for complex requests.

5. Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g. tax records, legal claims) or for legitimate security purposes.
